  • Please note that no refund will be accepted for no shows or late arrivals. The Gondola Ride will take place also with rain, in the event of exceptional high tide in Venice or heavy rain the tour might be cancelled by the organization and full refund will be provided
  • No luggage, bags or strollers allowed
  • At 18.30 departure, 4 people per gondola max capacity

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Unfortunately, our plane was delayed and Tripadvisor would not help us as it was within 24hours. Will not be booking through them again. Not happy

Guide talked way too much. He was good but we paid to get in early and when he was done talking we were not early! The buildings were amazing. Wish my guide did not tell me so much. I was tired of all the info.

Would have loved to go under the Rialto Bridge? And the option for a longer ride. Otherwise, the ride was great!
