Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will have certain restrictions. The vehicles CANNOT accommodate excess luggage. Please send an inquiry prior to travel to ask if excess luggage is acceptable. Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage. Baby seats are not available.
Transfer is wheelchair accessible but if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer and wheel chair assistant MUST be requested at time of booking

Due to the Hotel Marriot location (Isola delle Rose), transfer to/from this Hotel are subjected to a surcharge of €20, payable on spot

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

La recogida en el aeropuerto. Aunque la guía no tenía buen nivel de español.
La llegada al muelle donde nos esperaba el taxi. Aunque tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos para embarcar.
El conductor del taxi acuático no nos recibió con simpatía, aunque sí nos llevó muy bien.
El viaje por mar fue muy agradable y divertido.
Lo que más me ha gustado fue la llegada al muelle y a 50 metros estábamos en la Plaza de san Marcos junto al palacio Ducal.

The tour operator came to our hotel 2 hours before the time we scheduled to take us to our cruise ship.
When they came at the right time, we had to walk a bit to the water taxi station where the boat could not get close to the dock, so I had to to be lifted into the boat.
