The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

With our Private Limousine Transfer Service from VCE Marco Polo Venice Airport to Venice Piazzale Roma (Max. 6Passengers per vehicle) you will travel in style & comfort with our Luxury Vehicle and with our Professional Limousine Driver Fully Licensed. This transfer is suggested if you and your Guests are travelling with luggage and if you don't want wait for a standard land taxi. In our Standard our Limousine Driver will wait for you inside the Arrival Hall with a Sign/Board with your name printed on it. Our Company will check the correct Arrival time of your Flight and our service will be provided always in time and without extra costs. Please check our Night rates if your Flight will land in Venice after 10:00pm. Night service is always provided but we apply a little extra. So please select the correct option for your private transfer service.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was delighted to see my driver holding a sign with my name on it once I left the arrival area of the airport. He was prompt and professional. He quickly go all of my large pieces of luggage into his spacious van and whisked me to the taxi area by my hotel. He even helped me carry the large pieces over the bridges which are comprised of all stairs (your luggage will not roll over them). He was amazing and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
