We arrange private arrival and departure transfers for you. Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrival hall holding a sign with your name and will take you to the hotel for a check in.

For the next following days, your local guide will meet you a the hotel lobby prior to the start of a tour.

    Firebird is a very professional organization, I really can’t think of anything that they could have done better for our trip to Italy. From initial contact to trip planning the staff is great. They are knowledgeable, detail oriented, very efficient, communicate well and are a pleasure to work with. Everything Firebird touched came off without a hitch - on time comfortable transportation, hotel location and accommodations and scheduling first rate local guides. I certainly will use Firebird again as I couldn’t imagine better.

    We actually did a custom tour to include Venice, Como, Cinque Terra, Siena and Sorrento. The drivers and guides met us in our hotel lobby and took us where we needed to go. The hotels were great and the drivers and guides were professionals. These personal guides know EVERYBODY. We got in some back doors, skipped lines, etc. This is the way to go. OUr 2 favority experiences were the Gondola ride in Venice (the day was beautiful) and the Blue Grotto in Capri. The trains were the only snag. There was a strike and a couple of delays. I will avoid the trains whenever possible in the future. That being said, the trains that Firebird arranged were top-notch clean and comfortable.
