As soon as you booked, they send a message to confirm your booking and ask for your pickup time. My pickup was at 945a and I was downstairs to check out of my hotel at 930a, thinking I would wait for them outside. But to my surprise, the front desk told me that they were already there waiting for me. So thumbs up to them. Other than that, it was a nice car and an easy rife to the airport. I'd book again.

Professional service from Antonio our driver. On time, friendly and fast. Just know that you need to make sure you get to Piazzale Roma from your hotel to get your ride in Venice. This car cannot pick you up from your hotel
