The meeting point was easy to locate. The person who checked us in escorted us to the gondola. He was professional and pleasant. The man who commanded our gondola was extremely rude and unpleasant. He only spoke to us in an angry manner when a guest moved.

The gondola ride is a highlight when coming to Venice. We lived the ride. We we disappointed in the Gondolier. He didn't even greet us as we got in the boat. Not friendly at all.

After arriving at the waiting area, we waited a few minutes for the tour guide to go to the gondola ride designated area. Everything was very organized! Once in the gondola, my friend and I who came to Venice for vacation both said that it was very peaceful and relaxing for the both of us. Riding in the gondola, it was beautiful seeing the city’s architecture and taking in the beauty all around me.
