Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Step aboard a private boat and let the beauty of Venice enchant you as you explore one of the world’s most romantic cities and its spectacular sights with a local guide. You’ll set your own schedule for this four-hour tour with an included pickup at your hotel or the cruise terminal, learning about the artistry of glass-blowing on Murano, marveling at the technicolor homes and intricate lacemaking traditions passed on through generations in Burano, and taking in the rich history and architecture of the Grand Canal and St. Mark’s Square, with a few detours to lesser-known lagoons and neighborhoods along the way.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

One of the most enjoyable days I can remember. Tour was incredibly well-organised and our guide was friendly, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. The day was flexible with us having the ability to choose as much or as little time on each island. I could not recommend this more highly.

Absolutely and unbelievably one of the best days of my life. Giuseppe, who arranged not only this tour but many other activities for me, is a dream come true. He was so helpful on my first trip to Venice!
Our guide, Kristina, was a delight to spend the day with. I am not sure there is anything she didn’t know and she is just a wonderful person to spend time with. We are so grateful we had an opportunity to learn from her and we thoroughly enjoyed her company and amazing knowledge.

We had such a wonderful and memorable day on our tour of the Grand Canal, Murano, and Burano. The private tour was perfect for our family of six. Our Guide (I apologize as I don't know how to spell) was amazing and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our day making memories as a family in Italy. Thank you!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
