I had an incredible all day tour of the best sites in Venice with Diane, a wonderful and very knowledgeable guide. We started together at the Doges Palace and did the secret itineraries tour through the jail cells including where Casanova escaped. It was excellent! In the afternoon, Diane and I were together for a second time where we explored Saint Mark’s Basilica as well as some touring of small streets and charming locations around Venice. I highly recommend both the Heart of Venice Tour and the Secret Itineraries of the Doges Palace. Although I booked two separate group tours, I ended up having the same guide for both. It was a fun and private all day tour which was intimate and relaxing. I never felt rushed or that we didn’t have enough time to see it all. Ask for Diane, you won’t regret it!

Our guide, Gina, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed her tour and her recommendations. The gondola ride at the end was a great ending.
