Discover the art of glass blowing on the Island of Murano. Go to Murano in a very special way: take a water taxi from Venice and visit a factory where you can learn more about the processes involved and admire the final results. You will see a demonstration of the Murano glass production with a Murano glass master that will use the traditional techniques. You will see the Glass blowing technique which is the oldest and beat known one and also the sculpture technique. A member of the team of the glass factory will explain the passages of the production. At the end of the demonstration you will visit the showroom with the greatest collection of artworks made by the most important Murano Glass masters, and you can also visit the gift shop of the factory.

    GLASS DEMO AND ONE WAY BOAT TRANSFER Guests will be met at Fondamente Nuove to go to Murano by our boat, so the experience will start with a nice boat ride. The driver on board of the boat will hold a Viator Sign. Once at the factory, guests will enjoy a demonstration of Glass blowing and sculpture techniques of production. A representative of the Glass Factory will explain all the different steps of the production and the materials that the glass master uses. After the demonstration guests will visit the amazing collection of Murano Glass artworks housed at the factory.

    GLASS DEMO AND ROUNDTRIP BOAT RIDE Guests will be met at Fondamente Nuove to go to Murano by our boat, so the experience will start with a nice boat ride. The driver on board of the boat will hold a Viator Sign. Once at the factory, guests will enjoy a demonstration of Glass blowing and sculpture techniques of production. A representative of the Glass Factory will explain all the different steps of the production and the materials that the glass master uses. After the demonstration guests will visit the amazing collection of Murano Glass artworks housed at the factory. The boat provided was very nice and there was two glass blowing demonstrations. Nice to have small numbers so you are not crowded.

This was the most disappointing tour we have ever been on We we’re transferred from Venice in a taxi on arrival was rushed through a demo with our guide much more interested in his phone than us Then escorted to his gallery hoping for us to purchase super expensive pieces of glass work When guide realised we weren’t going to purchase he rushed us through to their shop then made us wait 2 hours for return taxi trip If I could give this no stars I would

We were shown how the great Murano glass works were done. Amazing artistry! We met very warm and friendly personnel like Christian and Julie.
