Not enough communication about deleting parts of the trip promised on the Viator product page (or perhaps those are no longer parts of the tour, but I think they may have been cut due to rain without communication). Didn't love how we were funneled through a glass shop with expectant sales people chatting me up about 6k-30k euro pieces. Made me feel like a mark. We did enjoy the demonstration, which is what we signed up for--be aware they have a tip plate out at the studio, so if you want to tip (unclear who it is for--the "master," the assistant, the guy narrating the whole process), bring the appropriate denominations with you. We also enjoyed Burano, for the most part. It is a quick stop, so you have just enough time to walk the length of the "main drag" and perhaps grab a quick bite or gelato, or coffee, but there isn't much time also for shopping, if that's what you are looking to do (beware the lace products can also be much more expensive than you might expect).
