The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
If there are bad weather conditions (such as fog, frozen water, or stormy conditions) on the day of your transfer, you will be diverted from Piazzale Roma to Venice by ground vehicle
Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle
Due to the Hotel Marriot location (Isola delle Rose), transfer to/from this Hotel are subjected to a surcharge of €20, payable on spot
A maximum of 6 people per booking

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Venise est très beau surtout pendant le carnaval. Par contre, je ne recommande pas du tout l'Hôtel KETTE à savoir : insonorisation faible, petit déjeuner avec du pain et croissants fades et pas frais, macédoine de fruits sans goût. La charcuterie n'est pas réfrigérée. Nous avons été dérangée la nuit jusqu'à 2h30 du matin avec l'hôtel Nolinski situé juste à côté de KETTE qui faisait une soirée de techno. HOTEL A FUIR

One of the best things we did when planning our trip to Venice was to book a shuttle service to meet us at the airport. We chose and booked online via email VENICESHUTTLE SNC. We also booked them for transport to our cruise and then from the cruise to the airport. It was an excellent choice! They do land service AND water taxi service. The boat was a beautiful mahogany boat. The service was superb! They gave us helpful advise, were responsive to our schedule, punctual, and were very friendly and even confirm meet up with Airbnb for us, They also do Tours to Dolomites. Our group of 4 highly recommends Venice Shuttle Snc.
