I would not recommend this to her at all. Our train was running late. I called to try to change it and I got nowhere. The only thing I got was too late totally disappointed and would not recommend this group for this tour.

Gondolier did not speak English and was not overly engaging or friendly. The tour itself was lovely. The tour lasted thirty minutes.

Our family of four (including two teenage boys) experienced the private gondola ride. Our gondolier was quite reticent, but that actually was a positive for us as we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful views without interruption.
