Traveler pickup is offered

Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date.

Our boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop along the Grand Canal. Your stop will be chosen as close as your Hotel as possible. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points.

Guests are requested to present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

  • Infants aged 3 years and under travel free of charge. They must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby seats are provided
  • As this is a shared transfer, you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi on arrival
  • On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

They were awful - they were rude at the service desks, inaccurate on their estimations for how long it would take to get places. We missed our train by literally 1 minute because their idiot staff delayed us 30 minutes (and told us we’d be fine making our train). I will NEVER use this company again

The water taxi was right on time the instructions the day before was really helpful and the driver was also helpful and very polite! Would use again.

Pese a que era hora pico nos pudimos acomodar bien con el equipaje y encima llovía. Pero llegamos sanos y salvó a la estación del tren.
