I booked the Gondola and Lunch experience through Open table because it was excellent value,looked a lovely setting for a Hard Rock Cafe,and is a change from Italian cuisine.From the moment I booked the whole process was faultless,guest relations contacted me to confirm my Gondola ride time to suit,either pre or post dining and my preference of a window seat for dining.On arriving we were treated like VIP’S and looked after by Roberta who ensured we didn’t have to queue for the Gondola and confirmed that she had reserved a table by the window as requested.The food was lovely and the Prosecco and cake to follow ensured we left full and happy with high recommendation to dine here as the staff were brilliant and everything was perfect.

Usual Hard Rock experience with a great window view. Standard menu choice and food quality that you can expect from these deals. Service was okay but not the most friendly I've had from Hard Rock.
