We had the best time on our night tour. We learned a lot about Venice and saw a lot of Venice that a normal tourist wouldn’t see unless you go on this tour!

The tour guide did not show up. I waited for 30 minutes. Tried to call the phone number that was listed in the confirmation e-mail and noone responded. I tried to text anyone in the chat, but noone responded either. You ruined my whole evening, because I changed my schedule for this tour. I am very disappointed. And on top of all this you charged my credit card for the full amount. What a terrible customer service. Do u even care about your customers or you care only about money? I will never ever book anything with your company and will recommend all of my friends to stay away from viator.
