Meeting point doesn’t match up, too hard to find was 10 mins late and denied the ride. I will be requesting a refund.

It was a gondola ride once in a life time experience. The driver was rude, our ride was supposed to be 30 minutes but it was only 22 minutes. The seats were hard no cushions the other boats had cushions. We thought we had paid for a private ride but it wasn’t.

It was fantastic. However I paid for 6 tickets and 4 people did not make it due to illness and there was no offer of a reduced rate or refund
