It was a gondola ride once in a life time experience. The driver was rude, our ride was supposed to be 30 minutes but it was only 22 minutes. The seats were hard no cushions the other boats had cushions. We thought we had paid for a private ride but it wasn’t.

It was fantastic. However I paid for 6 tickets and 4 people did not make it due to illness and there was no offer of a reduced rate or refund

No pudimos disfrutar de la experiencia ya que estuvimos más de 30 minutos buscando el puesto ,el GPS se perdía con la dirección que nos enviaron. No nos devolvieron el dinero, no vuelvo a contratar nada con esta empresa, es una estafa porque en Venecia las góndolas cuentan 90e para 5 personas y pagamos 38 por persona, una estafa!!! Y pagamos por nada porque no pudimos montar
