Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

In exceptional cases and/or reasons of force majeure (i.e. acts of nature, strikes, exceptional closures,serious unexpected events or health problems experienced by the person in charge with the service after which it is really impossible to find a substitute) the service you booked might be cancelled. If this should happen, you will be informed as soon as possible and, according to the type of service you booked, you will have the possibility to choose between postponing the service on the first date available or receiving a total refund of the price paid, if the cancellation policy of the service itself allows a refund.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Henrique was an amazing guide. Super attentive and fun. We were a group from 12-82 years old and he appealed to all of us. Highly recommend!!!

Francesca met us promptly, even early, at our pickup point. She immediately helped gauge our tour based on our activity level (we had flown in from Chicago the night before). She gave an delightful tour, taking us to major sites and out of the way places we would have never found on our own. She engaged our kids extremely well! Highly recommended!

Do not book! Our tour guide was a no-show. In looking back at the reviews, they are from 2016. I do not think they are still in business. Very disappointing for our family.
Thankfully, Viator refunded us immediately.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
