Traveler pickup is offered

Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date.

Our boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop along the Grand Canal. Your stop will be chosen as close as your Hotel as possible. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points.

Guests are requested to present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

  • Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle
  • Your selected departure time must be (3) hours prior to your flight time
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
  • Venice Airport Link doesn't serve the cruise port
  • On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Service is excellent. We used the service both ways for our trip to Venice. Waited 10 minutes for the service to Venice and they were 10 minutes early for the return trip. I also had communication with the company which was immediate. Would highly recommend to anyone

Le jeune s’est refusé de me mettre la passerelle pour passer dans le bateau avec mes valises , j’ai 75 ans , il ne m a même pas aidé disant que son métier était de contrôler les billets pas de transporter les bagages J’ai pris le molino Stucky pour aéroport à 10.35 le 7 fevrier C’est catastrophique Personnel arrogant comme toujours et moqueur en plus

As promised, here is my departure review. I don't mind admitting that with a 4am departure and not speaking the language we were really concerned during the week about if we'd get to the airport on time for a 7am flight. We needn't have been. The afternoon prior to our departure we received a letter from this company detailing an accurate time of pickup. Fantastic, really put our minds at ease. Pickup was on time and very smooth. Who could ask for more. If we visited Venice again we'd definitely book this mode of transport again. Magical.
