Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date.
Our boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop along the Grand Canal. Your stop will be chosen as close as your Hotel as possible. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points.
Guests are requested to present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please enquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle

Venice Airport Link doesn't serve the cruise port
On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I was nervous because we had a 6:15 AM flight, but they notified us the afternoon before that they would pick us up at 3:30 AM. We were at the dock at 3:20 and so were they! We made it to the airport by 4:00, no problem!

Do not book with Viator. I did not receive confirmation of pick up time for the boat transfer from hotel to airport. I phoned the advised Viator phone number to get collection time twice but without success. Had to book 160 Eu hotel boat to the airport. Much stress and poor support from Viator
