1. I messaged on the 15th july asking for a pickup cause I had not heard anything about time of pickup no location for the booking on the 16th.
2. They said they were going to message after 3 pm on the 15th and never did
3. I messaged and called this morning on the 16th asking again, no answer.
4. We were in our room until 9:50 cause we hadn't heard anything and did not know what to do. They then finally replied at 9:45 saying pick up was at 9:45 which is ridiculous. So we were only 1st notified of the time and location at the exact time.
5. The point is they never contacted me to give us a pick up time and location until9:45 on the day saying it was 9:45 and that is my problem. I have the history of emails and screenshots to prove it. And I will be contacting viator to complain and get a refund.
6.My 70year old mother almost passed out from us having to rush to catch a bus to the airport due to the mistake you have made. I had a great experience booking this from the airport when we arrived on Monday but today was absolutely horrific.
7. The messages I received after the fact blaming me were also ridiculous given that the facts are right there in the messages.
