Traveler pickup is offered

Pickup is 2-4 hours before your flight departure time. Exact time will be advised the afternoon prior to your departure transfer date.

Our boat driver will meet you at the arranged boat stop along the Grand Canal. Your stop will be chosen as close as your Hotel as possible. Venice Airport Link operates from 4am to 7pm from designated Venice meeting points.

Guests are requested to present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.

  • Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle
  • Your selected departure time must be (3) hours prior to your flight time
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
  • Venice Airport Link doesn't serve the cruise port

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Der Buchungsservice war sehr unflexibel. Wir mussten bereits um 6 Uhr am Abholstandort sein, obwohl unser Flug erst 7 Stunden später erfolgte. Auf Nachfrage einer späteren Abholung z.B. 8 Uhr wurde nur auf einen Fahrplan hingewiesen, aber dieser wurde nicht mitgesendet und auch keine weitere Abholzeit benannt. Es gab nur in einem Befehlston kurz und knapp, 6.05 Uhr ist Abfahrt. Standort im Anhang. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Der Fahrer hingegen war super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für ihn gibt es 10 ????.

Works as advertised but there are a few issues in my opinion with the service: 1) It is not clear upon booking which docks they actually pick up from so do not assume the one you selected will be the one you get picked up from, 2) pick up timing is not ideal. They had us at the airport 4 hours early with no option for a later pick up, 3) you need to be the one to reach out via chat for more information, don’t wait for them.

Boat captain picked us up on time at our hotel. This was a shared taxi. Just as described. Wonderful way to get to and from airport, highly recommend.
