  • If there are bad weather conditions (such as fog, frozen water, or stormy conditions) on the day of your transfer, you will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle
  • Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle
  • Due to the Hotel Marriot location (Isola delle Rose), transfer to/from this Hotel are subjected to a surcharge of €20, payable on spot
  • On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Excellent service wouldn’t want to travel any other way. Met us at airport with sign took all of our bags and got us easily through airport and to the boat. Then got us directly to the door of our Airbnb.

They made it so easy. We arrived jet lagged, walked out of baggage claim and saw our name. They did the rest! The water taxi was a very pleasant way to arrive.
