Pathetic customer experience. We had a booking on June 10th however vaperato were not working so couldn’t reach Murano however we are refunded as this not us that caused it

This was fun and entertaining for the whole family to watch. And the artist were friendly and very talented. Enjoyed seeing this beautiful artwork being made.
