Although this was convenient, it took less than 10 minutes to get to our hotel by water taxi and was told it would take about 30. Not honest with us and way overpriced!! We could have done it for much less. $207.07 was a ridiculous price for this!

Excellent service, they were always in communication for the meeting point as in Venice it is a bit difficult to orient

The vendor never came and did not communicate to let us know he was not picking us up. Emailed me 11:45 pm to let me know address was not accurate - after 1 hr of texting while on train to destination, he dropped the texting and just didn't arrive.
