The young lady was lively and provided good information. However it was given in both Spanish and English and there was no time given to answer any questions. The mini cruise was taking a water bus back to the station from san Marco which did not suit us as we were accommodated near San Marco and would have had to take the bus back again. We were expecting gondola or other small boat for our group with information. Too much walking for kids (9 snd 12 years old) and not enough interesting info for them.

Good morning, the flight was delayed, and due to a storm, we decided to change the reservation to the next day. They didn't answer me and I had to cancel. Now they don't wrap my money.

I took the walking tour of Venice with Nicole and it was a wonderful experience! Nicole is a very good and very knowledgeable guide: she speaks several languages fluently and has provided us with a lot of interesting and valuable information about the history, art and daily life of the city. She was able to answer all our questions with competence and passion, and was always available to give us further advice and useful guidance even beyond the tour. I absolutely recommend to rely on her to discover Venice in an authentic and thorough way!
