The tour had been promoted as a guided tour of the Rialto and the Jewish Ghetto with mini cruise included and instead turned out to be a race through the crowd to try to reach its conclusion in the shortest possible time, without therefore a historical and cultural deepening of the areas crossed. Shared opinion from other participants who halfway through the tour decided to leave the group...

We are extremely disappointed in that tour. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 just because our guide fluently spoke Italian and Spanish WHICH WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND! We chose English language tour but our guide wasn’t too fluent in it. 2/3 of the tour we had to listen the information in languages we don’t understand. The information was very limited and I do not recommend this tour to anyone. We had to cut it half way short because it wasn’t the tour we expected.
