The guide was 45 minutes late. NO talking. I was looking at google maps to locate him. NO knew absolutely nothing. He could answer NO DE 1 of 5 basic questions. We left the tour after 10 minutes. I made the claim EN viator and they won't even respond. Total disappointment. 220 euros thrown away. Farewell for viator. Too bad, we use it many times

Olga informative with history and took us off the beaten track away from the hustle and bustle to see local Venice. Recommended an amazing g restaurant at the end.

Our Guide, Marco Barbazza was excellent and very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Just one piece of Advice: Venice in July is very busy and extremely hot. A 3 hour walking tour over the warmest part of the day is not a good idea. Plan this shorter or very early or very late in the afternoon...
