We always do a good tour on a city break and this was the first one for our friends and it didn’t disappoint! We were very lucky to have Alexandre all to ourselves. Alexandre was very easy and interesting to talk to, put us at ease and took us to really authentic places we wouldn’t have found ourselves. We returned to the bar she took us to which was wonderful- 8 drinks for €25!!! Thank you Alexandre, it made our trip to Verona memorable.

Operator bad because there was no number of people to carry out the tour (only me), due to being low season and I was warned 1 day before. You already know the movement of the period so, do not offer the tour in this period or, already notice the possibility of cancellation when the reservation is made. Very frustrated with this experience.
