La degustazione è a due passi da Piazza Erbe, in una osteria che tiene vini ricercati e fa cicchetti buonissimi. Anche la zona è molto interessante, la chiamano la Carega. Sei accompagnato nella degustazione da una guida che ti spiega passo per passo i vini del territorio come il Soave ed il Valpolicella. Ne esci che sei esperto dei vini del territorio e vuoi portarti 4 bottiglie a casa.
