We were absolutely blown away at the grandeur and lavishness of Versailles! It was a must-see for a trip to Paris. The tour guide was excellent taking us around the grounds and showing us areas of note as well as giving us the amazing history.

Absolutely the best tour and Grigor was the best guide ever! His knowledge of history was impeccable! We learned so much and he navigated us through challenging crowds so that we could fully enjoy our time at Versailles. The gardens were lovely and most certainly the palace would have been overwhelming without Grigor's help. Thank you for matching us with such a magnificent host!!!

A guided tour is the only way to ensure you see all of Versailles. It is simply too big to tackle on your own unless you have more than one day to explore. Our guide Polina was a perfect and gracious host. She was able to navigate the gardens and palace with the deftness that only a professional guide can accomplish. We began in the gardens with a golf cart tour, and we covered more ground and saw more sights than if we had tried to navigate on our own. At every turn, Polina had an interesting fact or story that immersed us in the gardens. Ending our tour of the gardens, our timing was perfect to slip into the palace and begin a focused tour of the highlights of Versailles. We were always in the perfect place to see and experience the rooms and artwork, and Polina was able to move us through the crowds effortlessly. Polina was A+, and LivTours provides a wonderful experience. I would recommend to anyone with a single day devoted to Versailles.
