Learn about the art of winemaking as you blend your own red wine during a 1.5-hour experience at Tahbilk Winery in Tabilk, Victoria, about 75 miles (120 km) north of Melbourne. Guided by a wine ambassador, you'll start with individual wines, blending them to create a varietal that is truly yours. At the end of your session, you can take home a 750-millilitre bottle of your blend. Select a morning or afternoon session when booking.

Absoutley amazing day, we had no idea prior to booking what to expect! The wine blending experience was fantastic, Holly our host was informative - fun - and full of knowledge. Both my husband & myself learnt so much, and throughly enjoyed the whole day. Location is beautiful , restaurant for lunch was great overlooking the river ! I would highly recommend Tabilk , beautiful wines , muscats , & condiments. Staff were all lovley . We will defiently return to Tabilk .

This experience showed me and my partner a whole different aspect to the art of making wine. The entire experience was fun, lighthearted while also being very interesting in terms of learning about the production of wine. We had the most amazing host too. We definitely look forward to visiting again.

Bruce our winemaker, was extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the history of Tahbilk and of course, wine making. We learnt so much about tasting and blending and had a great time. I highly recommend this experience.
