Join a 2-hour barbecue class at Queen Victoria Market. Get an introduction to the types of BBQ, and visit the historic and world famous meat hall at Queen Victoria Market guided by an experience and passionate chef.  Your class will cover an an introduction to the types of BBQ and you will receive notes with recipes and information you will find helpful as you journey into BBQ cooking with wood and charcoal.

    Plenty of other great bbq classes that would be a better experience. Hard to deal with and would not recommend.

    Very informative, missed the first half hour of class as there were conflicting meeting points, didn’t get emails sent for updates

    Great tour. Great experience. Amazing food. You can tell this is a passion project of our host! If you want to get started in BBQ this is a great introduction.
