We have completed a few classes in different countries, and absolutely love learning how to cook different culinaries.
Although we did meet some lovely people at this class, we felt the experience was not as good as it should have been.
The chef talked too fast and too soft, so everyone was getting lost as to what we were supposed to be adding to the bowl, and we were not given the recipes to assist us.
We did prepare all the food for cooking, however, we only cooked one component and the chef cooked the rest. We felt this defeated the whole purpose of “cooking school”
The hot plate area was too cramped for the 12 of us to get around to cook, and another element the chef cooked outside.
This was a real disappointment as we were there to cook, and learn, however, the staff were lovely, and all in all was an experience
