Wildlife Wonders' Sanctuary offers a glimpse into an Otways habitat before the arrival of predators such as foxes and cats. Wildlife lives freely in a natural habitat, without cages, and on a wildlife walk they can be seen going about their daily lives. Dusk is a time when most animals are active, as nocturnal animals rise for the night and day-active animals return to rest. Dusk Discovery tours are limited to just 10 people, allowing time to capture stunning sunsets as well as amazing wildlife viewing and photography opportunities. As with all of Wildlife Wonders' experiences, 100% of profits go to support conservation and research into Australia's threatened species.
  • All tour participants are provided with headsets to hear the guide commentary, and binoculars for wildlife spotting and viewing

This is a lovely experience that we thoroughly enjoyed! This is a nice gentle stroll with a guide who provides a commentary throughout about the landscapes and animals that can be found there, threats to survival/habitat and how we can help preserve the future of these lovely animals! Olivia, our guide, was incredibly knowledgable and you could tell how passionate she is about animal conservation and welfare. We got to see koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, potoroos and bandicoots as well as a lovely sunset with a view of the ocean. The animals we saw are nocturnal, so may be different if you went on a tour at a different time of the day. It was also interesting to find out about current/recent conservation projects that are being worked on. I highly recommend this tour!

We loved the Dusk Tour - really great guide who understood and cared about what she was showing us, and of course we got to see loads of animals up close - which our six-year old loved. Five stars - thanks guys!

We took a Dusk tour with our extended family including a lively 6 year old. From start to finish everything about it was very professionally done. The video at the beginning set the tone and the handing out of binoculars and torches added to the excitement. The kangaroos were spotted immediately very close to the Centre and the children loved it. Our guide was super friendly and very knowledgeable stopping on the pathway every few yards pointing out flora, fauna, koalas in the trees wallabies potoroos. The children were enthralled hanging on every word asking questions and listening avidly to the answers. Well worth a visit.
