Along with this it will be possible for guests to taste the gastronomic specialties of Gargano, not only oil, but also a choice of wines, cheeses and other products. At the request of those interested you can also visit our olive grove, where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the shade of our old trees!

There were two of us and we got a private tour. He talked passionately about the entire process from olive oil to olive oil. To finish, delicious snacks with olive oil made by his mother. To conclude, homemade limoncello. In a word, fantastic.

Such an interesting and entertaining couple of hours … Pier Luigi is a great tour guide/owner/entertainer and host … we learnt so much about the whole process and what it means to grow true organic olives … We thoroughly recommend this wonderful tour.
