Phong Nha To Hue 2 Days 1night

Recently I completed a 2 day motorbike tour around the DMZ, I had the best time on this trip. My guide Toan was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really liked how he would point out different plants and trees while we were driving and give facts about them. It was also nice learning about the local culture. The accommodation we stayed as was great and Toan picked some amazing places for local food. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone wanting to do a bike trip in Vietnam!

Highly recommend Hung’s tour to truly experience the gorgeous Vietnamese countryside and HCM trail! Throughout the journey from Phong Nha to Hue, I felt completely safe and comfortable as a pillion behind Hung - he is an excellent rider and the motorbike seat is well cushioned (unlike those flimsy scooter seats). I especially loved how we made many stops at historically meaningful locations along the HCM trail. Hung is a treasure trove of knowledge on the war, and will provide anecdotes and facts that give each stop plenty of depth. Thank you Hung for your dedication and enthusiasm for your work. You have made this a highlight of my vacation so far. If you like adventures and going off the beaten path for unique experiences - I can’t recommend this enough! A word on how weather affects this tour: It rained half the time we were on the road, and I have no doubt I would’ve taken more photos had it been more sunny. That said, the rain created an ethereal feel to the mountain passages and I still enjoyed it. The rain coats and plastic wrappings provided will keep you and your luggages dry.

This was one of our highlights in our month in Vietnam. Our guide, Quynh, gave us a guided experience we will always treasure! Not only was he an expert navigator but he taught us so much about Vietnamese culture, history and food. We took this motorbike trip from Phong Nha to Hoi An instead of the popular Hà Giang loop and have no regrets. It isn't just riding either we stopped at beautiful sites, ate local food and had amazing photos taken of us by our guide. We feel grateful to have had Quynh as our guide and see Vietnam in a way most tourists don't get to! The mountain riding was out of this world and we had the roads to ourselves a good amount of the time. If you're even thinking about booking this, do it! I road on the bike with Quynh for 4 days and my friends drove themselves behind us. It's an experience we will always treasure! Thank you Quynh you're the best!!
