Villa de Leyva Full Day Private Tour (12 Hrs.)

Both the guide and the driver were very friendly and made the experience pleasant; however, for the price paid we hoped to learn more about the places we could visit. The guide didn't seem to know much every time we asked him questions, unfortunately. On the way to Villa de Leyva, we experienced traffic that caused us to only visit 2 places once we arrived at Villa de Leyva: the Blue Wells and the Ecce Hommo Monastery. In the end, we felt that what we really paid for was the trip and some kind of company, but we didn’t really learn much about those two places we could go.

We had a great visit to Villa De Leyva, a lovely town that it's popular because it's colonial architecture. Is like magical, the place is stuck in the past in a very unique and interesting way. In our way there we visit also the Boyaca Bridge and other places like Fossil museum, Terracota house and the Blue Ponds. We also had an amazing lunch at a local restaurant called Municipal Mercado. We were all the time with Daniel, a very kind and helpful guide that told us about every place. He was really great!

Muchas gracias a nuestro guía Marcelo Piti y Andrés Ramírez, realmente fueron dos días fabulosos conociendo Bogota, degustando las deliciosas frutas que tienen, las hermosas flores en el mercado, la catedral de sal y para cerrar con broche de oro visitar Villa de Leyva un pueblito lleno de encanto donde se respira paz. Gracias por sus atenciones, sus cuidados y sobre todo por transmitirnos ese amor que tienen por Colombia fue una experiencia inolvidable y 100% recomendada. Punto extra porque pudimos disfrutar del partido Alemania Mexico en el celular de Andrés... nos sentimos como en casa graciaaass!!!!!!!
