Join host & sommelier Marc Checkley on this exclusive e-bike tour soaking in the best of the region's wines and cuisine. Montreux, Zwitserland This e-bike experience takes place along the Rhône River in Canton Valais. Start point at Saillon is approx 35 mins by train/bus or 25 mins by car, from Montreux area.

    We stop in the charming village of Chamoson, known for its locale wine called Johnnisberg. We will visit a local winemaker and enjoy a tasting along with cheese.

  • Route Cantonale 291 Balavaud, 1963 Vétroz, Switzerland
    We spend a wonderful time at this much celebrated wine domaine; exploring the cellars and winemaking facilities before tucking into a wonderful lunch of "Valaisian favourites" paired with wines of the House.

  • Passerelle a Farinet, Saillon, Switzerland
    We explore this ancient fortified village. The oldest such inhabited village in Switzerland. We also venture to the vineyards above and look at local grape varieties and the terraced walls on which they are planted.

  • Leytron, Leytron, Switzerland
    We cycle along the wine routes and vineyard areas, diverting away from the cars where possible. Our route ends riding alongside the majestic flowing waters of the River Rhône.

This tour was an absolute dream! E-biking through beautiful, quaint Swiss towns and learning all about the wine of the region was absolutely fantastic! Marc was an AMAZING guide, extremely knowledgable and fun. I would definitely do this trip again and would recommend this to everyone!

Marc gave us a wonderful tour of the Swiss wine region! The e-bikes made the riding a breeze with beautiful views of the mountains and Rhone along the way. The wine and lunch were excellent and Marc is a charismatic and knowledgeable host. Would recommend this to anyone I know.

Such a fun day with Marc!! Even with a little rain, the views were amazing, the wine was delicious, and the tour was very educational! The ebikes are amazing, and as someone who doesn’t love biking, it made biking soooo much more enjoyable. Marc also had excellent communication and made the planning very easy. All in all, had a great day tasting Swiss wines and would definitely do it again!
