We had an incredible experience on this VIP Cenotes Private Tour with our guide, Isaac. He was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had the best experience possible. He picked us up right at our hotel, got us to the cenotes early before the crowds, and took care of everything so we could just relax and enjoy. Each cenote was unique and breathtaking. The first lagoon was refreshing, full of fish, and the perfect way to start the day. The cave cenote quickly became one of our favorites—the crystal-clear water made it feel like we were floating in air, and seeing the bats flying above added such a cool touch. The cavern had much deeper water and hidden offshoot caves we never expected. The final open-air cenote was just as special, with clear water and a lush, green bottom full of plant life. My husband even got to jump off the deck into the water, and we had the place to ourselves before anyone else arrived. Isaac made sure every detail was taken care of and that all our needs were met. His knowledge of the area and warm personality truly elevated the experience. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we highly recommend booking this tour—you won’t regret it!
