Our guide Oscar was friendly, fun & knowledgeable. Very comfortable transport with lots of leg room (I’m 6ft). It was my first time in a cave with water, Oscar made me feel calm and safe. He also took us to a great, authentic place for lunch. Very happy with the experience.

I booked the private Cenotes tour for a group of 8 when we were in Playa del Carmen for a girls trip. The company was very communicative in the days leading up to our excursion and made it super easy to book and communicate back and forth to plan our day. Our tour guide, Eric, was fun and informative, and the locations we went to were beautiful. I was really glad we had spent the money to book a private tour rather than going with a larger group or trying to rent a car to travel to the cenotes ourselves. The adventurousness of the tour exceeded my expectations, particularly the exploration of the underground cenote, and there's no way we would have had that same experience without our awesome tour guide! It was a one of a kind experience and I'm so glad we went!

The cenotes are an unforgettable experience. The cave cenotes are definitely the way to go in the heat of the day, though the exposed ones have their own flavor. Our guide was Israel. He was so nice and accommodating, so knowledgeable, and really funny. He allowed us as much time as we wanted to enjoy everything.
