  • Arrival transportation has complimentary waiting time of 75 minutes from the moment your plane arrives at gate.
  • Departure transportation has complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Spent ten days on Aruba and used this company for airport transfers, service back and forth from restaurants, and a private 4-hour island tour. We were a large group of 10 with 4 children. All drivers were always early for the pickup, friendly, and very informative. No problem having kids' car and booster seats ready to go. We had Max as our driver on many of the trips and he was the best!!!! If you can ask for him by name. He will make your trip special!!!

Usually when you order a pickup at the airport the person picking you up has a sign. We waited, looked around and someone else got our pickup persons attention. He had the sign against the wall. Not very helpful. The driver (Don't remember his name unfortunately) saved the day. He was extremely pleasant and professional! 4 stars for the ride to the Hilton!
