You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I usually just hail a taxi when traveling to Aruba but on this trip we had 4 people and a lot of luggage. In a last minute decision I decided to book the SUV transfer the night before we were due to arrive in the airport. I wasn’t even sure if they would get the request in time. Not only did they email confirming my last minute request they were great with communicating extra details. I found the company easily after exiting the baggage claim. The SUV was large, clean and the driver was very friendly. Unfortunately my 15 year old left her cellphone behind in the third row. I was able to get a hold of someone and the driver found and returned her iphone to us. I always used DePalm in the past for tours but now Kini Kini has a customer for life.
