The experience booked offered a meet and greet with a beefeater which never happened. The tower tour and experience is fantastic but not as described and paid for We feel we paid extra but didn’t get what we paid for

Our guide John was very good! Knowledgeable, humorous, & friendly. He had a firm grasp of the Tower knowledge and made it relatable & interesting! Except for the rain, it is London after all, I highly recommend John & the Tower of London tour.

We had a great tour with Leon. His combination of knowledge and humor was just perfect for the content. Meeting with the Beefeater and hearing their history was a highlight. To be fair, I saw other guests going up to the Beefeaters in other areas and being able to talk with them so it could be a possibility without the tour but is not a guarantee. I’m glad I did the tour for the information as it added a lot to the experience.
