I gave it a one only because I couldn’t give a zero.
I was told—only after I made the purchase—that I had to print the tickets, I found this INCREDIBLY frustrating: I’m traveling! Where would I have access to a printer?!? (I was able to finally use the Tourism office, but too late to use the scheduled tour)
I then called the number provided, but because the person who answered couldn’t speak English, they said something that I couldn’t understand and hung up the phone.
So I wasn’t able to take the tour, make any changes, or get a refund.
