Tour guide never picked me up, end of story. Their excuse was very lame. They said they saw my name for the following day. Very bad experience

El día antes del tour me llamaron para suspenderlo. Me dijeron que tripadvisor me devolvería el dinero, pero eso nunca ocurrió. Pagué por 2 personas, perdí todo el dinero.
