I got a confirmation message from La (my food tour guide) a few days before the tour (I was still not yet in Singapore by the way ????). She was affirmative when I told her that I was a lil scared of being on the scooter and she definitely really knows her food. And I was enjoying myself being on her scooter by the first area we went to eat.The most life changing experience during the entire food tour was the coffee. Coffee makes me anxious, but I found a certain type of coffee beans that does not make my heart palpate. La introduced it to me, thought me how coffee is traditionally grounded in Vietnam and we cracked a few helmet jokes over some black coffee. To peeps signing of for these, please do remind your guides your dietry preference and they do an awesome job of accomdating, like La ????????????
