Perfect for all ages, the tour will explore landmarks such as La Casa Estrecha and La Catedral de San Juan Bautista – Old San Juan’s venerated cathedral, which is Puerto Rico’s grandest religious building. Additionally, you will discover parts of the city’s impressive defensive system, including its walls, only remaining entrance door, and Fortaleza, the fort known as the “mistake” the Spanish made! Excellent early morning Kayak tour with Amanda! We spotted Manatee and Star Fish- top on our list! Highly recommend this for an up close look of the bay with a slice of history included as well.

My wife and I were in PR celebrating our anniversary and booked the old San Juan history tour to better understand the history and culture before we started shopping, eating and drinking our way through town solo. We’re thrilled that we did instead of wandering through ourselves. Alberto was an AMAZING tour guide! His excitement and love for his city was contagious! His background as a historian and teacher makes him the perfect guide. Do yourself a favor and book this tour. We had a blast and learned so much!
