Small-group experience, walking on ancient trails on the sorroundings of Florence. Easy and simple paths. You will be hiking and understanding the history of Florence and Fiesole while you are adimiring stunning views of Tuscany. You will be taking the footsteps of Leonardo Da Vinci where he made fly the first man. We will stop for a great Lunch before coming back to Florence. This experience gives you the chance to have a different perspective of the entire Tuscany and Florence. Magnificient locations to admire the Duomo and Tuscany all around. Discovering treasures hidden by the mountain of Monte Ceceri, the walk will take us right at the peak in a place called Leonardo da Vinci's square. Lunch with wine will be served in a Farm runs by an old florentine aristocrat family, before continuing to Fiesole where the minivan will take us back to Florence. (if the farm is not available will go in a authentic local trattoria)

Just a beautiful experience walking through the hills of Fiesole away from the crowds and heat of Firenze. The guide, Stefano was very nice and knowledgeable about the Etruscan and Roman history of the area and there were interesting paths, amazing view and stone quarries to see. It was really so nice to be up in the peaceful, cool hills in nature just trekking. Stefano was also very patient on the trek with me and we took our time. Lastly, he also arranged for a lovely lunch at an agroturismo restaurant. The food was very freshly cooked and flavorful. A great day and a wonderful guide.

Stefano took 4 of us on a fantastic hike through the Florence hills in April (late posting I know)! It was exhilarating to see Florence from the hills and after touring Italy, a great way to use our bodies for something other than eating and drinking. The only downside is once we were back in Florence, the city felt crowded and loud and I was ready to head back to the hills. Stefano is a great guide who pulled out some surprises along the way. I highly recommend this tour as a way to see Florence from a new viewpoint!

The views from Mount ceceri of course were incredible but the best part of this trip was our interaction with our guide Stefano. He was interesting personable and well prepared and took care of us very well under difficult circumstances.very hot weather.
