I contacted Viator and the driver the day before to let them know our flight was delayed and we would arrive at 9:30 pm instead of 2:0 pm. I provided the new flight number also. When we got to the airport nobody was there to pick us up. We should get a refund.

We got off the plane, were then funnelled through the doors into the main building (2 flights worth of people at once… then more joined! Poor people!) and then had to queue for one of the 3/4 security lanes that was open to us (1 was a families and disabled/assisted help aisle)… at times the 3/4 lanes that were open decided to have a break! This was whilst watching the EU lanes, which were empty, not helping out… it was absolutely shocking!!! We had to call out transport, to ask them to wait, as it was well past the hours waiting time we were told, before we got through! When we finally got to passport control their attitude was shocking
Let’s hope the holiday is better than the airport!

When we arrived to Warsaw the agent was not there to meet us. There were not a lot of people in the arrival area. We circled it twice and then called the agency. The reception was horrible. We were told that agent is waiting. And then we noticed the man with the sign. He was rude with bad attitude. He did not apologize or even greeted us.he just turn around and we had to follow him outside of the airport. There we were waiting for the car. Then taxi came and he showed us to get in, turn around and left. He did not speak did not help. 0 communication. He deserves a minus 5 stars..
