The driver invited himself onto my private tour with the local guide and then shamelessly flirted with this married mother of two. The guide also cut our tour 1.5 hours short and I did not receive the typical Polish lunch that was included (and that I paid for). Why? Because she had a doctor’s appointment to take her son to. How is that my problem? Why did she not trade with another guide in that case? Or why was I not offered a reduced price since my lunch was cancelled and I did not receive the full amount of your time and hours.

Ho contattato l'agenzia ABPoland per organizzare un tour guidato di 1 giorno a Lodz per 8 persone con partenza da Varsavia. Lodz si è rivelata una città molto interessante. Molto apprezzabile sia il servizio di trasporto, effettuato con mini-van e autista privato, sia il servizio della guida turistica presente a Lodz, che ci ha accompagnato durante la visita della città. Consiglio questa agenzia, per la sua professionalità e serietà, per organizzare le vostre escursioni e visite guidate in Polonia.

The driver and guide were excellent and the tour fascinating. The driver Piotr was excellent in English and very helpful and interesting to travel with. Aleksandra the guide not only spoke fluent English but was extremely knowledgeable and informative and pleased to share this with us. I would say they both went out of their way to make this an excellent tour
