  • Transfer takes 45-90 minutes on the destinations located in the city center. We can inform you about other possible durations of the transfer if your accommodation is located in other areas
  • Please note you are allowed to carry one registered luggage up to 20kg with you. If you have more luggage please contact us for details
  • If you are travelling with a child less than 12 years old, please note at the time of booking in "Special Requirements" section that you need a baby carrier
  • Please inform your driver about details regarding pick-up time at your location for the return transfer to the airport
  • Adult pricing applies to all travellers
  • Price is per person, based on maximum seven adults per van
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Quality service, new cars. At the airport, we were met with a sign, and arrived 10 minutes early to pick up from the hotel as written. Care from start to finish and even after. 100% recommended.

The customer experience was outstanding. Even with a flight to change and delay, they were kind enough to work with me every step of the way. My driver, Czarek, was so kind and professional. He went out of his way to make sure that my drive went very smoothly and I was cared for.
