We thoroughly enjoyed this three hour or so class. The instructor was well versed in the art of pirogi making and in vodka pairing. We did get stuck in an overloaded, very hot elevator for about 15 minutes before some one heard us pounding on the doors. They were able to force the door open, something we could not do from inside the elevator. We elected to climb 9 flights of stairs when the instructor was able to contact us to see where we were. Note that the cell phone did not work while we were in the elevator.
