  • During booking please provide requested details: (Name of lead passenger, no. of passengers, flight number, hour of arrival/pick up, destination/pick up address hotel name)
  • In case of arrival to Warsaw Chopin Airport, driver will meet you inside Arrivals EXIT 2, next to Costa Coffee holding a plate with name of lead passenger.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

De nouveau avec Shuttle24 mais pour la première fois si tôt, à 4H30 du matin pour un avion aux aurores. Ils ont encore prouvé qu'ils sont sérieux et efficaces peu importe l'heure. Je les recommande à tous les voyageurs qui ont besoin des transferts à Varsovie et qui souhaitent voyager sans soucis. J'ai été très satisfaite. Merci, Shuttle24.

On ne peut dire que du bien de cette entreprise, infaillible, toujours à l'heure, les chauffeurs très polis et sympathiques, voitures confortables, que demander de plus. Étant souvent en déplacement en Pologne, depuis des années, moi et ma famille effectuons les transferts entre les aéroports et nos lieux de séjour qu'avec Shuttle24. Un grand merci. We can only say good things about this company, infallible, always on time, very polite and friendly drivers, comfortable cars, what more could you ask for. Being often on the move in Poland, for years, me and my family have been making transfers between airports and our places of stay only with Shuttle24. Thank-you.

The driver did was not waiting for me. Attempts to reach the company by text, telephone, and email were unsuccessful. I took Uber instead.
