  • In case of arrival to Warsaw Chopin Airport, driver will meet you inside Arrivals EXIT 2, next to Costa Coffee holding a plate with name of lead passenger.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was prompt, helped us with our bags. Vehicle was just what we wanted & needed. It was very clean. Drive was good and we arrived at airport wuickly.

El conductor muy amable. El coche muy espacioso y cómodo. En ese sentido, todo perfecto. Pero por otra parte el nombre del servicio no está bien expresado ya que se denomina de "ida y vuelta" y luego ha resultado que es solo la ida. Ya antes del servicio preguntamos, tanto a Viator como a la empresa prestadora del servicio, a quién debíamos darle los datos de la vuelta. No obtuvimos respuesta. Espero que en el futuro procuren no denominar los servicios con expresiones erróneas que generen confusión. Gracias por su atención
