Rented and paid 4 e-bikes. Got adress, but when we got there, there was no bike-rental. We made a phonecall with the owner (we thought). We got a new adress, 1 hour with public travel and walk. We came there, the owner didn’t know about any bike-rent. The phonecall was with the former owner. No bikes! We lot almost half a day. Chatting with Viator: because we cancelled less then 24 hrs befire the trip no money back. Wow! I didn’t cancel, you did not deliver what I ordered and already paid for.
